Shipping Policy

As Varcsoft is primarily a software consultancy and development company, most of our products and services are delivered digitally. However, this policy outlines our procedures for any physical items that may be shipped as part of our service offerings.

1. Digital Deliveries

For our digital products and services:

  • Software applications, code repositories, and digital assets will be delivered via secure download links, repository access, or cloud storage solutions.
  • Access credentials for software platforms and services will be delivered via secure email or through our client portal.
  • Digital deliveries are typically processed within 24-48 hours of project completion or milestone achievement.

2. Physical Deliveries

In the rare instances where physical items (such as hardware components, branded merchandise, or documentation) need to be shipped:

  • Shipping is available within India and to select international locations.
  • Standard shipping within India typically takes 3-7 business days.
  • International shipping may take 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
  • Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method (standard or expedited)

Shipping costs will be clearly communicated before finalizing any order that includes physical items. For large orders or as part of certain service packages, shipping fees may be waived at Varcsoft's discretion.

4. Order Tracking

For physical shipments:

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the item has been shipped.
  • Clients can track their shipment using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website.
  • For questions regarding shipment status, clients can contact our support team.

5. Delivery Issues

In the event of delivery issues:

  • Lost or significantly delayed shipments will be investigated with the shipping carrier.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, Varcsoft will replace the items or provide a refund at our discretion.
  • Varcsoft is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing for international shipments.

6. International Shipping

For international shipments:

  • The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • Varcsoft will declare the accurate value of shipped items on customs forms.
  • Delivery times for international shipments are estimates and may vary based on customs processing.

7. Changes to This Shipping Policy

Varcsoft reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
