Return and Refund Policy

This policy is designed to be fair and reasonable, ensuring that clients feel secure in their transactions with Varcsoft, while also protecting the company from potential abuse of the refund process.

1. Software Development Services

For custom software development projects, the following refund terms apply:

  • If a project is canceled before development begins but after the initial payment, Varcsoft will refund 70% of the initial payment, retaining 30% to cover consultation, planning, and resource allocation costs.
  • Once development has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed projects that meet the agreed-upon specifications.

2. Consultation Services

For consultation services, including requirements analysis, technical consultations, and advisory services:

  • Consultation appointments canceled more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed consultation sessions.

3. Subscription Services

For subscription-based services offered by Varcsoft:

  • Varcsoft may offer trial periods for certain subscription services. No refund is applicable for trial periods as they are provided free of charge.
  • For paid subscriptions, clients may cancel at any time, but refunds will only be issued within the first 7 days of a new subscription period.
  • Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the unused portion of the subscription period, minus applicable administrative fees.

4. Technical Issues

If a client experiences continuous technical issues that prevent them from using the service effectively, and if these issues are verified by Varcsoft's support team, a partial or full refund may be granted at Varcsoft's discretion.

5. Unauthorized Charges

In the case of unauthorized or fraudulent charges, clients should contact Varcsoft support immediately. If such claims are verified, Varcsoft will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

A client may cancel their service agreement or subscription at any time according to the terms specified in their contract. For ongoing services, cancellation will be effective as specified in the service agreement, and clients will not receive a refund for services already rendered, except under special circumstances that will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Contact and Support

For any refund-related queries, clients are encouraged to contact Varcsoft's customer support team, which is committed to providing efficient and personalized assistance.

8. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients should write to us at support@varcsoft.com. The request must include the transaction details and a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

9. Policy Amendments

Varcsoft reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and the changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Varcsoft website.

10. Legal Compliance

This refund policy complies with the local laws and regulations where Varcsoft operates. Clients are also encouraged to review the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for a comprehensive understanding of their rights and obligations.
